Where we've come from

La Fosse was founded in 2007 as an executive search firm, with a clear conviction that technology and transformation sits at the centre of every industry & vertical. That conviction has not changed.

Today, La Fosse Executive operates as the senior leadership arm of a £202m group, working with Private Equity backed funds, portfolio companies and enterprise clients to deliver the board and C-suite appointments that shape strategy, drive transformation and create long-term value. All earnings are tied directly to billings on a monthly basis, meaning no discretionary bonus elements and no annual review meeting disappointments.

The model is among the most competitive in the market, with ratchets at higher billing numbers and opportunities to supplement with wider La Fosse business revenue streams.
