Ross serves as Managing Partner at La Fosse Executive, where he leads all executive hiring across permanent, interim, fractional and advisory mandates, with a core focus on technology and transformation leadership. Over the past 14+ years with La Fosse, Ross has helped shape the firm’s executive search capability while developing a particular passion and expertise in senior Technology and Cyber Security leadership. He partners with FTSE and global enterprises, private-equity-backed organisations and high-growth scale-ups to help them define, attract and appoint exceptional leaders who can deliver meaningful change.

Alongside his client work, Ross plays a central role in building La Fosse’s culture of community, purpose and impact. He founded the firm’s pro-bono advisory initiative, which connects experienced executives with charities in need of strategic guidance, helping senior leaders give back in a way that creates lasting organisational benefit. He is also a driving force behind La Fosse’s events and community-building programmes, creating meaningful spaces for senior leaders to collaborate, share insight and support one another.

While deeply invested in the future of technology leadership and the evolution of the C-suite, Ross believes his most important responsibility lies inside the organisation. He is passionate about developing and championing Consultants across La Fosse Executive and the wider La Fosse Group, helping talented people grow in confidence, progress in their careers and do the best work of their lives in an environment that is ambitious, human and values-led.
