Sam brings over 15 years of executive search and leadership advisory experience, specialising in the appointment of deeply technical executives across Technology, Product and Data. Having worked extensively across Europe, Asia and the Middle East, he partners with boards, founders and investors to build leadership teams that drive innovation, organisational performance and long-term value creation.

At La Fosse, Sam leads the Technology & Product Leadership practice across EMEA. His work extends beyond executive search to advising organisations on leadership strategy, executive team design and the capabilities required to succeed in an increasingly AI-driven and agentic economy.

He works with investor-backed, high-growth and publicly listed organisations across software, SaaS, fintech and broader technology sectors, helping them identify leaders capable of navigating complexity, accelerating transformation and unlocking competitive advantage.

Known for combining deep market insight with an extensive international network, Sam has built long-standing relationships with many of the region’s most respected technology leaders, founders and operators.
