He specialises in retained search for senior Strategy and Transformation mandates across Europe, including Chief Transformation Officers, Portfolio Operations leaders, COOs and Chiefs of Staff.

Having seen first-hand what it takes to deliver large-scale transformation programmes across people, process and technology, Will brings a highly commercial and execution-focused lens to leadership assessment. Increasingly, this includes advising clients on how AI and technology-enabled transformation are reshaping value creation agendas across both funds and portfolio companies. He is known for delivering with the pace, precision and contextual understanding required within complex PE-backed environments.

Alongside retained search, Will spends significant time advising private equity investors on leadership and operating models – particularly around the deployment of fractional, advisory and specialist capability at both fund and portfolio level. This includes helping clients determine how best to apply expertise across complex transformation agendas, ensuring the right capability is introduced to accelerate value creation and navigate the most challenging areas of change effectively.
