Hyejin Park is part of La Fosse Executive’s Research team, bringing a highly analytical and commercially focused research background to the function. Before joining La Fosse Executive, she worked within Ipsos’ medical research practice and later at Purdy Pascoe, supporting research and analytical programmes tied to some of the most critical medical, policy and public affairs initiatives globally.

Her experience spans work alongside governments, international organisations and global brands, generating insight, shaping policy and informing strategic decision-making for some of the world’s most recognisable institutions. That background brings a distinctive research-led perspective to La Fosse Executive’s leadership assessment and market intelligence capability.

Alongside executive search research, Hyejin supports La Fosse Executive’s broader thought leadership agenda, applying her analytical expertise to market insight programmes, white papers, leadership research and industry surveys across technology and transformation.
