Hyejin is a Researcher at La Fosse Executive, part of the dedicated Research team supporting senior leadership searches across technology and transformation. She brings a unique perspective to the team, having a background in healthcare and market research before making the move into executive search.

Before joining La Fosse, she spent over four years in primary market research, including time at Ipsos Canada, where she worked across public affairs, corporate reputation, consumer insights and healthcare research. She channels that same curiosity and rigour into mapping senior talent landscapes for clients.

When she’s not at her desk, you’ll likely find her on a tennis court, a ski slope, or a Eurostar exploring somewhere new.
