Ilze is a Principal Associate part of our dedicated Research team, focusing specifically on Senior Leadership mandates across Tech, Digital and Transformation. She drives fast and through market research to ensure every hire aligns with client strategy and culture and all appropriate search avenues are explored for top tier talent. Before La Fosse, Ilze spent over 3 years at BCG building out Technology and Tech Teams for their clients as well as some time in house as a talent partner in a SaaS scale-Up.
