Ilze is part of La Fosse Executive’s dedicated Research team, specialising in senior Technology, Digital and Transformation leadership mandates. Prior to re-joining La Fosse, she spent over three years at BCG helping one of the world’s leading strategy consultancies build high-performing technology teams across complex client environments.

Ilze’s experience spans executive search, talent strategy and organisational advisory across Technology, Product, Data, Digital and emerging AI capability, including GenAI-focused leadership hiring. She has worked across a broad range of sectors including Healthcare & HealthTech, Insurance, Climate & Sustainability, TMT, Public Sector and NGO environments, – supporting organisations ranging from Fortune 500-backed innovation programmes through to high-growth and transformation-led businesses. Ilze’s background gives her a highly commercial and strategic lens on how leadership capability supports organisational growth, innovation and transformation.
