The challenge
GXO were looking to drive greater efficiency and automation across all regions, whilst enhancing the speed, cadence and quality of their technology delivery.
In line with this, they required an SVP Technology for European Business who would be focused on creating a step-change in the delivery methodology, practices and ultimately, the quality and quantity of Technology implementations, integrations and overall operational excellence. The individual would lead the process of building and maintaining platforms and the entire customer facing ecosystem and systems for the European business.
