Before his time as Managing Partner, Ross has led functions in a number of areas at La Fosse during his 13 year career with the business, from CIO Client Relations, to CISO Executive Search & La Fosse’s companywide permanent recruitment activity. Ross has a keen interest in trends shaping senior technology hiring, but takes even greater pride in supporting and promoting the talented Consultants in his team.
