Sophie Chevallier appointed VP of Sales Europe and now Chief Revenue Officer at Qmatic by La Fosse Executive

La Fosse Executive is delighted to announce the appointment of Sophie Chevallier as VP of Sales Europe and now Chief Revenue Officer at Qmatic. 

Qmatic, backed by Altor Equity Partners, is a global leader in customer journey technology solutions and insights, offering services including designing customer journeys in the cloud, integrating queue management, appointment booking software, self-service kiosks, signage, and business intelligence.  

At a time of significant growth and transformation towards embracing a SaaS-first business model, Qmatic was seeking a highly experienced sales leader to drive the business and go-to-market strategy, and further develop sales capabilities across the European region. 

La Fosse Executive ran a Europe-wide search, leveraging their track record across the European region as well as within the B2B SaaS sector. Identifying global businesses having gone through a similar SaaS journey – with both hardware and software elements and servicing of Enterprise customers – was essential in finding relevant candidates. An in-depth screening and interview process was conducted to identify not only high-calibre candidates but also professional and cultural alignment.

Sophie Chevallier is an experienced senior commercial leader in the Enterprise SaaS and Services space with a strong background in business development and new logo acquisition. Prior to Qmatic, Sophie was Chief Revenue Officer at Trace One, a SaaS-based collaborative platform for private-label quality management, which was sold in 2021 to Symphony Technology Group after a period of ownership with Hg Capital.
