La Fosse Executive and the wider La Fosse group have been recognised on numerous occasions as both an excellent service provider and desirable employer. Here is a short overview of the wins we’ve celebrated over the past few years.

Although the ‘Track’ lists have been discontinued as of 2020/21, we have made regular appearances on the International Track 200, Top Track 250 and Profit Track 100 lists. Most recently, in 2021, we were named the 2nd highest private mid-market business for international growth, up from 7th place in 2020.
We have been one of the UK’s Best Companies to Work for and retained a 3* ‘World Class’ employer status for nine consecutive years. Our most recent placements are as follows:
In both 2019 and 2021, we were also delighted to be awarded the Best Companies ‘Giving Something Back’ award, in aid of our commitment to supporting both local and global communities through our various charity partnerships.
We have been listed as a ‘Gold Service Provider’ for six consecutive years in the annual Institute of Interim Management Survey. In 2021, we rose to our highest ever position of 19th.
In 2021, La Fosse CEO James Parker was recognised in the Growing Business Intelligence ‘SME Leaders 20’ list for his leadership throughout the pandemic.
We were the winners of the TALiNT International ‘Candidate Service Award’ in both the 2019 and 2020 TIARA Awards, also being highly commended for their ‘Client Service Award’ in both 2020 and 2021.
In 2019, we were named the ‘Best Large Recruitment Company to Work For’ at the TALiNT International TIARA Awards.
We also accepted awards for ‘Most Effective Pay & Benefits Strategy’ and ‘Best Emerging Talent Employer in Recruitment’ at the 2019 Recruiter Magazine Investing in Talent Awards.
In 2020, we won both the Wellbeing Award (London) at the FSB Awards and the ‘Best Employer for Benefits’ award at the Women in Tech Employer Awards.
