La Fosse place CFO Deborah Stevenson into leading business Holiday Extras

​La Fosse Associates is delighted to announce Deborah Stevenson has joined Holiday Extras as Interim CFO. The Search was completed by Olly Wakefield, Head of La Fosse’s CFO Practice and Marcus Willis, Interim CFO Specialist.

Discussing her placement at Holiday Extras, Deborah said:

It’s a great personal fit for me too. A lot of the senior team share my love of sports and the outdoors and it’s great to be working so near to the beach. I can’t wait to get started and support the business through the exciting times ahead.”

The process was assigned to La Fosse by Mark Smith, Chairman of Holiday Extras who provided the following feedback:

“I found the process to run in a timely fashion and Olly had a very strong commercial understanding of what we were looking to hire including personality fit, and the commercial acumen required in a fast paced, fast growth environment like Holiday Extras. Olly submitted a shortlist within 48 hours and we hired Deborah into the role. Incidentally, of the four candidates submitted, we met three and would have been happy to progress with two. I’ve been impressed with La Fosse (who I hadn’t worked with previously) and look forward to working with Olly again in the future as he builds the La Fosse CFO practice.”

The division continues to increase its commercial offering with NED/Chairman and CEO capabilities and the recent appointment of Marc Oak who will work on CFO Executive Search. The team is working with numerous clients across various industries and Private Equity and is led by Jack Denison.
