Bob Mann placed into ethiXbase as Chairman by La Fosse Executive

Third-party risk management specialists ethiXbase has hired Bob Mann as Chairman following an acquisition by CGE Partners. With a view to IPO in 3-4 years, CGE were seeking someone with experience to guide ethiXbase to a successful exit. They partnered with Louis Rado and La Fosse Executive to fill the previously vacant role of Chairman to fulfil this ambition. 

Well known in the SaaS space, Bob brings unrivalled experience and knowledge to the role. He also currently holds chairs at Openbravo, Social Value Portal, one.network and Lightfoot, as well as being on the board at Zift. He previously spent time running the European operations of several US companies, such as Siebel Systems.  

Louis Rado and La Fosse’s expansive network of NEDs within the B2B SaaS sector, and recent prior experience collaborating with CGE, enabled them to quickly and effectively identify ideal candidates for the role – both professionally and culturally. Bob was placed into ethiXbase by CGE two months after initial introductions.
