Andy Wardle appointed CTO at Validis by La Fosse Executive

La Fosse is delighted to announce the appointment of Andy Wardle to the position of CTO at Validis.

Validis specialises in financial data and automation solutions for banks, accounting firms, and other financial institutions. They connect to every major accounting system, enabling fast and simple access to fully standardised accounting data. Validis help these organisations to streamline their data collection and analysis, as well as generate new revenue opportunities. Backed by Pollen Street Capital, and with a view to accelerate their growth over the next three to five years, Validis required an experienced CTO with a track record in building highly scalable systems.

John Bridger and La Fosse’s expansive network of CTOs within the B2B SaaS sector, and recent prior experience in the space, enabled them to identify ideal candidates quickly and effectively, aligning both professional and cultural fit. A thorough screening and interview process ensured alignment with Validis’ needs. Successful CTO, Andy Wardle, has a background in the gaming sector and has built highly scalable platforms throughout his career.
